GARDEN FACTORY® REWARDS PROGRAM

As a Garden Factory® Rewards Program Member, you can earn Reward Points on your retail purchases throughout the year every time you use your rewards card or keytag!  You’ll earn one point for every $1.00 of goods purchased and it’s FREE. This is not a Credit Card. Reward Points are accrued within a calendar year and can be redeemed towards a future purchase. 

Join The Garden Factory®Rewards Program and Receive:

• No Annual Fee
• Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. (Some exclusions apply.)
• Exclusive sales, special offers, in-store weekly specials and discounts
• E-mail notification of special shopping incentives and events throughout the year
• Can use Reward Points at any time throughout the year
• Double and Triple Points opportunities throughout the year
• Special invitations to our garden shows, seminars and promotions
• Senior Discount if you are 60 years or older, show your card on Wednesday to receive 10% off regular priced items

REWARD POINTS:

• Each time you make a purchase, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spent, excluding tax
• Rewards Program members must earn at least 250 points annually to qualify for the minimum $5.00 redemption
• A maximum of 2499 points can be collected, then they must be redeemed to begin collecting points again

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Points are earned on all purchases, excluding: Sales Tax, Sale Items, Special Orders, Gift Cards, Delivery Charges, Bulk Materials, Fall Family Fun or Holiday Family Fun events & concessions, and other restricted goods and services.
• Points are not transferable, nor are they redeemable for cash.
• Returned items will show up as adjusted/deducted points.
• You must provide a valid email address
• Rewards program is not available to Garden Factory® employees, landscapers, contractors, businesses and organizations.
• Points cannot be awarded after the sale is complete, or for previous purchases. Please present your card before paying for your transaction.
• Points cannot be shared with other members, and we are unable to combine names of family members at a later date. We suggest signing up as one name per household to quickly reach rewards.
• Your account is property of The Garden Factory®, and we reserve the right to change, revoke, or rescind The Garden Factory® Rewards Program card, benefits or account at any time.
• All information involving the use of The Garden Factory® Rewards Card will be kept confidential and used exclusively to provide you with program benefits.
• By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to use this program in accordance with them.
